The organising team met last night - the final full Meeting before the drivers Meeting - time has flown by.
In a sweltering hotel meeting room in Milton Keynes all aspects of the event were covered. The 2014 Event is looking good. One stat that came up - the latest group of entries are all first timers.
Not a problem at all - we wondered where they heard about the event or why they left it so late to enter.
Some hilarity at Tim’s account of driving to Wales to recce a control point in the middle of the night... and nearly running out of fuel on the Monmouth road cue canine related jokery etc ....
The meeting was concluded by 22.20 hrs. The temperature outside was 18 deg.
